Klaviyo flows are automated emails triggered when a customer subscribes, views a product, leaves a cart or makes a purchase. We build and run five core flows in your own account as part of Newsletters + Flows for €1,390 or $1,390 per 4 weeks, excluding VAT. Flows are not sold separately.
What does a welcome series do?
Welcomes a new subscriber, introduces the store and helps them make a first purchase.
When does it trigger?
Starts when someone subscribes to the chosen list.
How many emails?
Typical setup: 3 emails. Introduction, product choices and a reminder.
What happens after cart or checkout abandonment?
Reminds shoppers of products they left behind and helps them return to their purchase.
When does it trigger?
Cart starts with Added to Cart. Checkout starts with Started Checkout. Buyers are filtered out and the series are coordinated.
How many emails?
Typical setup: 2 to 3 emails per series. A reminder, helpful answers and a final opportunity.
How does browse abandonment work?
Brings back a product someone viewed without placing an order.
When does it trigger?
Starts with Viewed Product for identified visitors. Consent, purchases and other flows determine who receives the message.
How many emails?
Typical setup: 1 to 2 emails. A relevant reminder without overdoing it.
What do customers receive after a purchase?
Helps customers use the product and offers a relevant next step.
When does it trigger?
Starts with Placed Order. Timing and content adapt to delivery and product type.
How many emails?
Typical setup: 2 to 3 emails. Product use, a follow-up and a relevant recommendation.
When is it time for winback?
Invites a customer who has not shopped for a while back with something relevant.
When does it trigger?
Starts from Placed Order with a delay suited to the store's repeat-purchase cycle. New purchases stop the reminders.

Typical setup: 2 to 3 emails. Reintroduction, new arrivals and a final reminder.

Yes. You approve the content before we activate it. We work directly in your Klaviyo and everything stays yours.
How often do you review the flows?
