When you complete a form, we save your name, work email, store URL, whether you use Klaviyo and confirmation that you have read this policy. We also save language, the submission page, UTM parameters and referrer.

We use analytics and marketing cookies only after your consent. Meta Pixel is activated only with consent. Meta receives page visits and redesign or checkout actions for advertising measurement and optimization. Contact details are not sent to the pixel. Your choice is saved for 6 months with its time and consent text. Earlier acceptance is retained when you change your choice. You can choose Only necessary at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. First-visit UTM parameters and referrer are held temporarily during your visit to accompany your request.

We use contact details to answer your request and prepare a possible agreement. The legal basis is steps before entering a contract. We use UTM and referrer information to understand where requests come from, based on legitimate interest. You can object to that processing.

Client data is used to deliver the service under our contract. Payment records are processed to meet accounting obligations. Consent is the basis for cookies and Meta marketing and can be withdrawn at any time.

Lovable Cloud stores form data in the database. Make routes requests to us. Stripe handles payments. Meta is used for marketing only with consent. We share only the information needed for each purpose.

If data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we use applicable GDPR safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Leads that do not become clients are deleted after 24 months. Client data is kept as long as needed for the agreement. Accounting records are kept for the period required by law.

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability where applicable. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest and withdraw consent. You can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY, or your local supervisory authority.
