Flowsplash terms: our service, both plans, billing, start period, approval, ownership and personal data.

## Who you contract with

Flowsplash is operated by Newlead AB, Swedish company registration number 559526-2691, Pressargatan 12, 632 29 Eskilstuna, Sweden.

## The service and both plans

Newsletters includes planning, copy, design, building and scheduling 8 newsletters per 4 weeks, 2 a week, in your own Klaviyo. A test send for approval, inbox placement check and clicked-revenue report every 4 weeks are included.

Newsletters + Flows includes everything above plus welcome series, abandoned cart and checkout, browse abandonment, post-purchase, winback and a quarterly review.

## Pricing and payment

Newsletters costs €990 or $990 and Newsletters + Flows costs €1,390 or $1,390 per 4-week period, excluding VAT. Payment is made in advance by card through Stripe every 4 weeks. Receipts arrive by email. Your Klaviyo subscription is paid separately.

## Start period and cancellation

The first 12 weeks, or 3 periods, are a start period. After that, the agreement runs month to month with 30 days notice. Cancel by email. If you cancel during the start period, the agreement continues until the end of that period.

## Materials and approval

You give us access to your Klaviyo and send material for about 8 things to promote during the period. You approve every send before we schedule it. Unapproved sends are not scheduled.

## Your account and your materials

We work in your Klaviyo with our own login. Everything we build, including templates, campaigns and flows, belongs to you and stays yours when the work ends.

## Personal data

You are the controller of your customer data. We act as a processor when working in your Klaviyo and sign a data processing agreement with you. We work under GDPR and never export your lists.

## Liability and law

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the last period. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit. Swedish law applies. Disputes are decided by Swedish general courts.
