## FAQ

### What does Flowsplash do?

We design, write and send Klaviyo newsletters for e-commerce brands. Every 4 weeks you get 8 sends in the Splash format, built and scheduled in your own account. You tell us what to sell and approve every email. We handle planning, copy, design, testing and reporting.

### How much does it cost?

Newsletters costs €990 or $990 per 4 weeks, and Newsletters + Flows costs €1,390 or $1,390 per 4 weeks, excl. VAT. You pay by card through Stripe. The first 12 weeks are a start period, then it runs month to month with 30 days notice.

### Do you work in our Klaviyo account?

Yes. You invite us as a user and we build everything directly in your account. Templates, segments and campaigns stay yours, even if you leave. We never export your lists, and you can see everything we do as it happens.

### Do we approve every send?

Yes. Nothing goes out without your approval. You get a test send in your inbox and reply with an ok or changes. Only then do we schedule it. Since the whole period is planned ahead, you also see what is coming in the weeks after.

### Will our emails land in the inbox?

We set up and check your sending domain, SPF, DKIM and DMARC before the first send, and test every email before it goes out. Nobody can promise an exact inbox placement percentage, but we remove the technical reasons emails end up in spam.

### How does the free redesign work?

Forward your last two newsletters to hello@flowsplash.com. Within 3 business days you get them back, redesigned in the Splash format with your own photos and products. Then we walk you through them in 15 minutes. It is free and there is no obligation.

### Who is behind Flowsplash?

Flowsplash is a studio by Newlead AB in Eskilstuna, Sweden, org.nr 559526-2691. The founder is Max Erikstedt. We work with e-commerce brands in Sweden, the rest of the EU and the US, and write newsletters in English and Swedish.
